At Restoration Dental we are not in-network with any insurance carriers; however, as a courtesy to our patients we do have the ability with most insurance carriers to file a pre-determination to see what coverages your policy has for out-of-network providers.
- The timeline for pre-determination depends on the individual insurance carriers. The timeline ranges from instant (Delta Dental of Georgia) to 2-6 weeks.

- We also file claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf, some insurance companies will pay our office directly and others will pay directly to you.
- For patients with policies that do not cover 100% of treatment cost, the patient is responsible for the difference between what your insurance covers and our fee.
- Patients with insurance that reimburses you directly are expected to pay for services in full at time services are rendered.
- If we do not have the ability to file a pre-determination or if there is not enough time, we do require the patient to pay for treatment in full and our office will reimburse you the portion insurance covers once the claim is processed and paid.
- We are a participating provider with The Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network, if you are a Veteran and 100% service-connected disabled, we can see you free of charge once provided with a referral from your VA provider.
